GROCERY ORDERS ONLINE:

We have launched an ONLINE ORDERING platform with the ability for local delivery and curbside pick up through a partner company called MERCATO.

Unlike most other grocery delivery platforms, our online prices and in store are the SAME, and our experienced staff members are the ones that shop for you. Minimum order of $25 are expected. There is a 7% service charge that covers the credit card processing fees and online service platform and coordination of delivery drivers by an outside provider. Customers can sign up for MERCATO GREEN program to avoid delivery charges with annual membership. There is no additional charge for curbside pick up.

You can also call in to place your order. Use our main line 412-219-5663 and select your store. Please note that there is now a $5 service charge for phone orders which helps to cover the staff’s time in selecting the groceries for you. Thanks for you understanding.


RETURN POLICY:

For Food Items from Labriola Markets: Original receipt is required for any returned items. Returns only accepted within 7 days of purchase for nonperishable items. Returns need manager approval. Errors on checkout or receipts can be addressed by manager on site.

For Clothing Items: Clothing sales should be considered final sales. No refunds will be accepted. Exchanges for color or size can be made while supplies last; additional shipping and handling charges may apply.
